Trinity is in search of a highly motivated and innovative Client/Project Manager, Commercial Operations to become an integral member of our Commercial Data Solutions (CDS) team to support our growing client base.

The CDS Team is charged with designing, developing, implementing, and managing business processes and solutions in areas such as customer master data management, sales reporting, data warehousing, CRM/sales force automation, field incentive compensation, field inquiries, field communications, field analytics and reporting, field training, call plan analysis, territory alignments, and other Commercial Operations related areas.

After receiving Trinity onboarding training, the Client Success Manager will quickly focus on managing and building relationships with key clients, as well as managing all day-to-day client projects. The ideal candidate is an energetic, agile, quick thinker, who is team-oriented with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients in all day-to-day tasks. 
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, shaping the client’s business needs into a technical solution for internal development teams
  • Gather business requirements, establish delivery timelines, and implementation plans for client deliverables
  • Follow through on support requests in a timely manner, escalating to other members of the team when appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication (face-to-face discussions, workshops, recurring client status calls, email contact, etc.) and be a thought leader to client teams
  • Lead multiple projects to ensure effective planning, organizing, and management of solutions, including: Commercial Data Warehousing, Master Data Management , Data Aggregation and Integration, Reporting and Analytics Platform
  • Partner with the Data Quality team to ensure data quality – both directly and indirectly – across multiple datasets and reports, including data stewardship and governance efforts
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, and provide regular project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients receive exceptional service.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.


  • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry focused on commercial analytics, commercial IT or a similar area
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical data (IMS, Symphony Health, claims, EDI 844/852/867, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of data management practices including Data Warehousing, master data management, CRM integration, and Business Intelligence
  • Demonstrated experience developing business rules and analytic plans for commercial analytics
  • Knowledge of SQL and querying data from databases
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and managing complex, cross functional projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 – $170,000. 

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
