Surgical/Interventional

As a foundational area of expertise for the MedTech COE, we help our medical device partners navigate product innovation, the shift to non-acute, robotics and complex competitive landscapes in a post-COVID world. We push manufacturers to move from a features-and-benefit play to one of outlining economic value. We use Trinity’s deep network of KOLs/clinicians, hospital administrators and payers to shape the growth trajectory of key players in cardiovascular, surgical specialties, neuroscience and orthopedics.

Digital Health

While many of the types of engagements we help our clients with are the same, the questions are unique when it comes to digital strategy.
