Position Summary

Trinity Life Sciences is looking for a driven, team-oriented Summer Intern to support our People Operations team. You will get hands-on experience working on a variety of People Operations projects related to talent management, learning and development, training, and change management. A successful candidate will be able to manage priorities, be proactive, and communicate with key stakeholders in People Operations.  This Intern will have the opportunity to engage with Interns in other departments and participate in programming throughout the Summer.  This Summer Internship will begin with a comprehensive company and team-specific training program, as well as on-the-job learning sessions.

The internship program will run for 9 weeks from June 16, 2024-August 17, 2024 in our Waltham, MA headquarters. Trinity practices a hybrid model with expectations to be in the office at least two days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Free parking onsite at Waltham, MA office
  • Compensation: $20/hour
  • Hours Expectation: 40 hrs/week

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide project support for annual talent processes such as performance reviews and succession planning
  • Assist with the development and execution of change management plans to support business leaders through strategic changes to People Operations processes
  • Assist L&D with onboarding and other tasks as assigned
  • Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day tasks as needed

Position Requirements

  • Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts or a related field preferred
  • Work Experience: No prior experience required
  • Able to commit to the full duration of the Internship program, and follow Trinity’s hybrid model
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Interest in exploring a career in People Operations is a must

  • Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with other team members
