Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an Engagement Manager to join the fast-growing Insights team. This research position will lead all phases of quantitative research projects in support of solo marketing research or health outcomes research initiatives and larger consulting engagements.  

Essential Functions 

  • Project Management: Lead all phases of research project and analysis, including; questionnaire design, data collection oversight (domestic and international), data processing, analysis and presentation development, staff assignments and coordination of tasks, etc. Collaborate on consulting projects as assigned and as needed. 

  • Client Management: Manage client relationships and serve as the point of contact.  Aid in proposal development and study design, including sample frame and appropriate methodology. 

  • Business Management: Identify sales opportunities with existing clients. 

  • People Management: Manage, mentor and develop assigned staff. 

  • Others: 

    • Serve as a point of contact on Insights related inquiries by internal and external parties. 
    • Promote Insights expertise internally. 

    • Perform other related tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications  

Education:  Master’s degree required. Additional advanced degree preferred. 

Work Experience:  

  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years direct supplier side biopharmaceutical marketing research and/or health outcomes research experience  

  • Hands-on experience with design of questionnaires, analysis of data and creation of presentations related to biopharmaceutical marketing research and/or health outcomes research projects 

  • High level of competency in synthesizing strategic insights and recommendations for the client 

  • At least 3 years of project, people and client management experience required. 

Other Skills: 

  • Well-developed knowledge of a wide range of custom marketing research and/or health outcomes research methodologies applied to vary business needs, including forecasting, positioning, product development, pricing, tracking, preference, and burden of illness studies 

  • Knowledge/experience in a broad range of quantitative research methodologies 

  • Well versed in pharmaceutical industry including global healthcare systems 

  • Advanced computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and other business-related software  

  • Knowledge of statistics. Knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., SAS/R) skills a plus 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong data visualization and slide development skills 

  • Solid business acumen and marketing orientation 

  • Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed expectations  

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,000 – $180,000.  

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
