The Customer Engagement team is rapidly evolving within Trinity Insights and Analytics and is looking to create a “bench” of Customer Engagement talent to help accelerate growth.  These roles will support the CE Leadership on delivering client engagements and services.  The  focus of Customer Engagement is to use data, insights and strategy to empower our clients to use customer engagement to achieve their intended outcomes.  Trinity has an industry leading data platform and tools that can accelerate the ability to action data by predicting the “NBA” for both the F2F and the NPP channel(s).  Combining industry leading data, benchmarking, insights, methods and approaches with “NBA” orchestration positions Trinity to effectively consult and guide our clients to improved impact using omnichannel.   

These role(s) will be client facing and would be responsible for delivering key engagements and evolving the product and service offerings so that Trinity continues to grow.   

Trinity is seeking an individual(s) who are skilled applying insight and analytics to solve customer challenges, has an intermediate understanding of digital/pharma marketing and is able to provide excellent day to day project management. These role(s) will be cross trained to support the breadth of Customer Engagement services including patient finding, HCP segmentation, Customer Engagement/omnichannel roadmaps, benchmarking and org design, activation and engagement plans, optimization of omnichannel plans and performance analytics and reporting related activities.   

These role(s) will work closely with the Customer Engagement LT to create new solutions, embed and expand current offerings and scale the business initially focused on HCPs and over time, expanding to include patients, payers and geographies beyond the US. 

Essential Functions

  • Lead planning and execution of analyses by managing and leveraging junior project team members
  • Be a thought partner to internal leadership and clients in answering key business questions
  • Serve as client point of contact on one-off as well as long-term support engagements
  • Work on creating best practices and modules to help standardize analyses across Trinity
  • Assist in creating and implementing quality control best practices
  • Provide on-site support to clients when applicable
  • Work closely with generalists as well as cross-functional Trinity members from market research, data solutions, RWE, etc. to conduct analyses that leverage multiple areas of expertise
  • Develop client-ready support materials independently and clearly present analysis finding
  • Assist project manager with establishing timelines for internal and external deliverables
  • Drive internal communication to keep all team members in the loop with project status
  • Deliver solutions to clients, exercising sound business judgment, proactively following up on tasks as needed and managing tasks through to completion
  • Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned
  • Help train junior members of forecasting team as well as assisting with training generalists consultants

Education: BS or MS in Quantitative, Business, or other related fields

Work Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in analytics, commercial operations, forecasting, or related area. Experience/familiarity with life sciences data and forecasting is preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Excel (knowledge of VBA is preferred) & MS PowerPoint

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000-$143,000.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
