  • Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Act as the secondary liaison for new hires at Trinity, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This includes supporting both lateral and campus onboarding plans and taking end-to-end ownership of the process.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs utilizing diverse instructional methodologies.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning needs and development opportunities across various levels and functions. Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create and curate high-quality learning content and resources.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other technology platforms. Utilize LMS and other technology platforms to manage course logistics, track learner progress, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, offering relevant solutions, and generating innovative ideas to implement best-in-class learning and development practices.
  • Actively participates in the enhancement and refinement of existing training programs, contributing innovative ideas and learning initiatives to continuously upskill and develop the employee skillset.
  • Independently or collaboratively create learning program content to address both immediate and long-term business requirements.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of learning programs, from inception to execution, employing robust project management methodologies. Continuously seek enhancements for training content and methodologies.
  • Contribute to other L&D responsibilities and special initiatives as required, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and fostering a positive organizational culture through various events.
  • Ability to work with global counterparts across US and EU regions, demonstrating awareness and respect towards other cultures, and adapting to different working styles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, and organizational development roles, preferably experience in consulting, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries or similar environment.
