Neary graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in Biology and although she started out as pre-med, discovered that she liked working with people and healthcare but not as a doctor in the cut-throat pre-med program. She has 20 years experience in the Life Sciences industry, spanning Commercial Operations, Commercial Analytics, Data Management and Application delivery, with a pit stop in HRIS in between. Her focus has been data and how we can help businesses problem solve and answer business questions with it.
