Patient Support Services

Dorothy has nearly 15 years of experience in patient support services spanning operational, sales, marketing, and training functions.  Her cross-functional perspective is leveraged as she provides benchmarking support and advisory services for the Patient Support Services Solution within the Market Access practice.

She joined TGaS from CoverMyMeds (a McKesson brand) where she was responsible for equipping the sales and account management team to effectively position third party logistics, access & adherence, affordability, pharmacy network, and pharmacy automation solutions to biopharma and pharmacy customers.  Previously, she worked with RxCrossroads as the Director of Sales & Marketing developing tailored hub and patient support program proposals, as well as, leading a variety of sales operations functions.  She also has extensive experience in learning and development, having been responsible for all operational training associated with new hub/PAP program launches.

Dorothy holds her BA in International Relations with a concentration in Political Economy and French from Centre College.
