TGaS® Advisors, a division of Trinity, has announced four new additions to the benchmarking and advisory services firm. Dmitry Kublanov is vice president, Pricing, Contracting & Analytics, and Jerry Luciano is vice president, Omnichannel Marketing (formerly Digital and Multichannel Marketing). Learning & Development added Steve Regan as executive director and Kristin Scott as director.
Kublanov comes to TGaS with more than 20 years in Managed Markets pricing and reimbursement, contract management system integration, deal analytics and revenue generation. As head of Pricing, Contracting & Analytics, Kublanov advises clients on all aspects of contracting, including pricing and strategy, proposal development and analytics, government pricing and compliance and contract administration. Previously he was an executive consultant to Bristol Myers-Squibb in this area and has held a number of senior positions at Merck & Co., Inc. He earned a BS Magna Cum Laude and an MS from Drexel University.
Luciano heads a team responsible for analysis and recommendations to clients on all aspects of interactive marketing, brand strategy and organizational alignment. Before coming to TGaS, he was a director at FICO, a supplier of predictive analytics solutions, where he worked with several major pharmaceutical clients. He has also worked with Digitas Health and Merck & Co., Inc. Luciano earned a BS in Marketing from Temple University and an MBA from Villanova.
Regan brings to TGaS his expertise in commercial operations, field teams and sales training and development. He was most recently Associate Director, Sales Operations, at Novo Nordisk, where he created, designed and implemented a core, common and consistent universal training curriculum for all company leaders. He also worked with AstraZeneca as a Commercial Learning Manager. Regan earned his BA in Political Science at Siena College.
Scott has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare market experience with specialization in institutions, integrated delivery systems, strategic marketing and training and development. Her background includes sales, training and marketing roles with Janssen and Centocor, divisions of Johnson & Johnson. She received a BBA in Marketing and Management from Loyola University in Maryland and studied international business in Belgium.
