Waltham, MA, September 6, 2022 Trinity Life Sciences, a global leader in life sciences solutions, today announced the appointment of Maia Germain as Chief People Officer (CPO) and a member of the executive operating committee, reporting directly to Rebecca McNamara, Trinity’s CFO and Head of Corporate Operations.

Ms. Germain has a proven track record for leading high-growth companies through transformation and building positive employee cultures that serve the overall business. She joins Trinity after holding Senior Vice President roles at Pawtucket, RI-based Collette and Boston, MA-based State Street Corporation.

“I’m delighted to have Maia join Trinity’s executive team,” said Rebecca McNamara, CFO and Head of Corporate Operations of Trinity. “Our employees are the key to our success and bringing in a thoughtful, compassionate, highly skilled HR leader was critical to leading our global growth. Maia’s dedication to creating positive employee experiences and fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion made her a great choice to lead our People Operations.”

Ms. Germain says that the combination of the exciting life sciences industry, the dynamic Trinity team and her own personal commitment to cancer research made Trinity a perfect match.

“I have personally been involved in the Pan Mass Challenge for years and dedicated to their focus on cancer research. Trinity’s purpose of ‘every decision impacts a life’ really resonated with me,” said Maia Germain, Chief People Officer, Trinity Life Sciences. “Then meeting the vibrant team, understanding the growth opportunities — both organically and through mergers & acquisitions — and seeing how innovative Trinity’s commercial-focus has been made joining the Company an obvious choice for me.”

“Maia is a builder – she will lock arms with strategic business leaders within Trinity and help lead us during our growth,” continued Ms. McNamara. “She will be part of the leadership team creating an encouraging, mission-forward environment for our employees.”

“In the first 30 days I plan to do a lot of listening to my stakeholders and jump into the integration efforts around our recent acquisitions – helping to bring them into the fold while retaining their wonderful cultures and together creating and building One Trinity,” added Ms. Germain.

Ms. Germain is a graduate of Lehigh University.
