Trinity Life Sciences is seeking talented, committed and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Summer Associate Consultants Interns on our Commercial Analytics team. At Trinity, Summer Associate Consultant Interns work as integral parts of external project teams comprised of skilled colleagues and management team members. This environment provides Summer Associate Consultant Interns with exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. On each project, Summer Associate Consultant Interns gather information, create and interpret analyses, and present findings to project teams and clients. Their work is the base upon which our recommendations are ultimately grounded.  

Associate Consultant Interns develop their skills through undergoing extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical skills. This is a 9-week, in-person Summer internship with openings in our Waltham, MA or San Francisco, CA officesinterns will be required to be in the office in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days per week). The dates of the program will be June 16th-August 15th, 2025. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Build forecasting, field team planning, and other promotional analytics tools 

  • Provide ongoing support to client for existing engagements and tools 

  • Work on creating best practices and modules to help standardize Trinity offerings 

  • Assist in creating and implementing quality control best practices  

  • Assist senior staff in providing on-site support to clients when applicable 

  • Work closely with other functions at Trinity including strategic advisory, market research, data solutions, etc.  

  • Help develop client-ready materials independently and clearly present findings  

  • Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned 

Position Qualifications: 

Education: Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree and demonstrate interest in the life sciences field. The internship program is only for students with 1 year left in their studies (following the internship).  

Other Skills: 

  • Initiative in previous academic and work experience 

  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SQL and data visualization tools knowledge a plus) 

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently 

  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Trinity’s compensation bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The hourly rate is $35.00/hr.
