LSN Service Manager Position Responsibilities
Membership/Advisory Services Lead (40%)
- Serve as primary point of contact with the Operations team (on behalf of the Account Executives) on all client advisory requests that require Operations support.
- Manage Solution-requested outreach activities by creating and sending communications to members and prospects, such as landscapes, VHows, timely Solution-created content, etc., targeted to VP level Commercial Operations leaders as well as Solution-level targets in certain cases.
- Manage LSN-initiated outreach activities by creating and sending communications to members and prospects, such as proactive topical content, Summit information, invitations, and follow-up, etc., targeted to VP-level Commercial Operations leaders as well as Solution-level targets in certain cases.
- Work with Account Executives to ensure TGaS provides optimal value to clients from contracted Advisory Services and Membership Services (VHows, Landscapes, Urgent Support, Summits, Insights Portal).
- Create and manage LSN VHow coding, fielding, and report coordination.
- Create and manage LSN Landscapes coding, fielding, and report coordination.
- Manage LSN distribution lists in Salesforce by tactic for LSN clients and prospects.
- Support content development, with guidance from Account Executives for semi-annual client summits, or any client peer-to-peer events.
- Support the coordination and analysis for client-requested advisory support, including survey questionnaire development and database research.
- Monitor the health and fitness of accounts. Review client activity to ensure active engagement to help support and grow the business.
- Facilitate client meetings including scheduling on TEAMS, reminders, and follow-up emails.
- Host client meetings including all administrative activities such as note taking, TEAMS survey creation and survey response tracking.
- Coordinate with TGaS Marketing on Summit abstracts, client invitations, post-Summit follow-up content summaries, and client outreach.
- Liaise with TGaS Marketing to maintain the Solutions/Marketing Campaign Calendar.
- Serve as the Quality Control (QC) lead:
- QC and provide input on client communications
- QC VHow and pulse creation
- QC VHow and landscape in Qualtrics and provide feedback to Ops team prior to Account Executives review
- QC VHow, Pulse, and Landscape final results and help develop client facing insights
- Provide recommendations for VHow, Pulse, and Landscape improvements
Client Benchmark Engagements and Related Projects (40%)
- For single-solution and multi-solution benchmarks, assist LSN Account Executives with quality review and preparing benchmark engagement reports summarizing client’s resources and capabilities relative to peer set companies and TGaS’ continuums of best practices.
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure on-time delivery of accurate and complete benchmark information.
- Work with Account Executives to identify and implement processes and documentation enhancements to improve overall quality and usability of collected information.
- Monitor timelines for each benchmark along with other client committed deliverables.
Selling Support (20%)
- Assist Account Executives with the coordination, development, and editing of proposal presentations, SOW contracts, and RFP responses.
- Ensure all standard LSN decks are kept current and updated.
- Manage library of LSN standard content and deliverable decks.
- Pull data as requested by Account Executives and ensure cohesive presentation materials.
- Proactively recommend/create content, tactics, and communications to deliver high-value membership and grow the business.
The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree preferred.
- A documented history of team orientation and collaborative approach in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Project Management skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Salesforce.com.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in assurance of quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 70,000.00 – $95,000.00. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
