- What is the right size, structure and mix of resources?

The TGAS Enterprise Practice focuses on the key functions of learning and development, data management and commercial and medical information technology.
Our Benchmark Solution helps pharmaceutical companies navigate in a challenging and ever-changing environment. TGaS provides a comprehensive and patented method for optimizing the support for functions aligned to our Enterprise Practice. By leveraging a customized peer-based benchmark, TGaS will assist clients to:
- Benchmark resources (headcount & spend).
- Define department standards pertaining to Roles, Responsibilities, and Development.
- Identify key process standards and ways of working.
- Provide capabilities analysis and comparison for each area in the covered ecosystems.
- Provide appropriate gap analysis observations, implications, and prioritized action recommendations.
Position Responsibilities
Client Benchmark Engagements and Related Projects (40%)
- Input selected quantitative and qualitative client information into TGaS’ database for analysis.
- Assist Management Advisors with quality checks and prepare benchmark engagement reports summarizing the client’s resources and capabilities relative to peer-set companies and TGaS’ continuums of best practices.
- Partners with an analytical support team to ensure on-time delivery of accurate and complete benchmark information.
- Coordinate reconciliation of post benchmark readout adjustments into benchmark database.
- Support implementation of solution development identified by Enterprise Solution leadership, including incorporation of new data into the benchmark.
- Capture key insights and data from the advisory services and review for implementation/enhancements in the benchmark services.
- Work with the Enterprise Practice team to identify and implement process and documentation enhancements to improve overall quality and usability of collected information.
- Monitor timelines for each benchmark along with other clients committed deliverables by providing project management support.
Advisory Services Lead (40%)
- Work with Management Advisors to ensure TGaS provides optimal value to clients from contracted Advisory Services (VHows, Landscapes, Portal, Client Connects, Urgent Support).
- Support content development, with guidance from Management Advisors for two one day semi-annual client summits.
- Supports coordination and analysis for clients requested advisory support, including survey questionnaire development and database research.
- Monitor client activity to ensure active engagement to help support and grow the business.
- Improve and implement enhancements to the advisory services process.
- Establish synergistic relationship with the Analytics and Operations team
Selling Support (20%)
- Formatting, proof-reading, and final edit support for proposal presentations, SOW contracts and RFP responses
- Manage the library consisting of standard content leveraged as examples of deliverables and ensure content remains current.
- Support development of “Tool kits” of slides for use in standard deliverables (benchmarks, landscapes and other industry presentations)
The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, learning and development, data management and/or information technology. Prefer prior work experience within a Learning and Development, Data Management or Information Technology Department
- Bachelor’s degree: an advanced degree preferred.
- A documented history of team orientation and collaborative approach in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- High integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom he/she will work.
- Project Management skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Salesforce.com.
- Ability to design effective representation of concepts or processes in power point.
- Experience working with advanced Excel workbook functionality and common documentation management processes and tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in assurance of quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 70,000.00 – $95,000.00. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
