We are looking for a driven, team-oriented Early Talent Specialist to support our Early Talent Programs and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This role will support Trinity’s three programs: Transition to Trinity (Advanced Degree Externship), Summer Internship Program, and Life Sciences Strategy Rotational Program.
This individual will have significant opportunities to develop their skills by assisting the team as we onboard participants, prepare for and execute programs. Early Talent is an integral part of Trinity’s talent strategy as it allows us to build up our future leaders. This individual will have the opportunity to engage with the early talent candidates, plan and attend local events, and learn the ins and outs of Early Talent management. A successful candidate will be able to manage priorities, be proactive, and communicate with the Early Talent team and other relevant stakeholders.
An ideal candidate is someone who is creative, can think outside the box, and doesn’t see a task as too big or too small. This individual must have a proven record of successful campus hiring, and exceptional communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
General Early Talent:

With support, manage full cycle recruiting for interns and undergraduate/graduate positions across Business Units, and for Trinity’s Life Sciences Strategy Rotational Program. This includes, but is not limited to:

Exposure to workforce planning and business strategic discussions to determine headcount needs in conjunction with Talent Acquisition (“TA”)

Support Senior Manager in defining annual plan and calendar for Early Talent

Owning coordination and execution of on campus recruitment activities and candidate management

Collaborating with other internal teams such as Learning & Development and HRBP/Talent Management on successfully onboarding campus hires into Trinity’s Early Talent programs

Contribute to the success of Trinity’s Early Talent programs by continuing to evolve and develop these programs to remain competitive and meet business needs; owning implementation and execution of current programming

Support Senior Manager in defining listening strategy, recording feedback/input, continuous improvement and enhancing candidate/employee experience and engagement focus.

Partner with DEI/TA/Talent Management to fulfill Early Talent priorities and goals

Define and monitor success for both On Campus Recruitment and Programming through analytics

Collaboration with other People Ops Departments to ensure appropriate toolkits/training is provided in relation to Early Talent Activities

Close partnership with the business to fully understand and address dynamic business needs via Early Talent Strategy
Recruitment:

Partner with Universities, student groups, and non-profit organizations to build our employer brand, and continue to develop Trinity’s recruiting strategies. Development would include continuously assessing partnership’s suitability and creative ways to build Early Talent pipeline and Trinity’s brand

Deliver a high quality candidate experience by maintaining a high touch and personalized process

Support to TA’s Operational Effectiveness goals, focused on streamlining and automation of manual procedures
This role is required to be in either Trinity’s Waltham, MA headquarters or NYC office at least 2x per week.
Requirements:

3+ years experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, including 1-2 years of recruiting in early talent/campus recruitment

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail

Be willing to work high volume hours during peak recruiting season
