Prior to joining TRINITY, Joe was Senior Vice President, Professional Marketing & Managed Markets at Euro RSCG Life in New York/Princeton, where he was responsible for commercial strategy and business development. He has also held senior leadership positions for Novartis, Bayer, BMS, and Covance.

At Covance, Joe was Vice President of Corporate Marketing, where he was responsible for the strategic commercial integration of the drug development process. He played key strategic roles at BMS as Sr Director of Global Marketing for the HIV franchise (three product launches) and, as Vice President of Marketing, BMS Canada (five product launches), where he was responsible for oncology, cardiovascular, diabetes, HIV, neuroscience and anti-infective portfolios. At Bayer Diagnostics, Joe was responsible for creating and leading their first managed care group representing the pharma and diagnostics divisions’ portfolios.

Joe has an Engineering degree from Boston University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is a graduate of Columbia University’s Strategic Marketing Executive program.
