Rinki is an experienced management consultant, passionate about helping established and emerging pharmaceutical and health technology companies build, manage and protect their businesses. With over 13 years of experience in the life sciences industry, she has extensive expertise in designing and utilizing analytical tools to inform strategic solutions to business challenges. Her specialty lies in partnering with companies focused on early opportunity assessment, new product planning, pipeline & portfolio planning, commercial launch, pricing & market access and franchise & business unit strategy.

Rinki brings deep expertise in oncology, rare disease, mental health and cell therapy. Prior to joining Trinity, Rinki was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where she partnered with the C-suite at large pharmaceutical companies to develop and implement new operating models. She also has experience in the diagnostics industry having worked for over 6 years at Wako Diagnostics.

Rinki received her PhD in Biophysics from Stanford University in California, where she designed novel antibiotics to treat multi-drug resistant bacterial infections. Rinki is passionate about CrossFit, loves hiking and satisfies her culinary curiosities by experimenting in her kitchen.
