Ray has spent most of his career at Johnson and Johnson in various Contracting and Supply Chain functions. Recently, Ray led the Enterprise Contracting Operations group which included Offer Development, Chargebacks, Price Load and Customer Support for Innovative Medicine and Medical Device. In previous roles he led the Pricing Strategy and Analytics team for Immunology and Oncology and Rebate Operations for Managed Markets.

Ray is a process excellence green belt and spent 10 years as a member of the cross-company Price Accuracy Workgroup Industry of HIDA (Health Industry Distributors Association). He has also been passionate as a project leader for the use of blockchain technology for the biopharmaceutical industry.
