Miles has 7+ years of experience leading teams helping clients with launch planning and post-launch commercial analytics and operations, with a specialization in incentive compensation design and administration. He has helped dozens of clients design innovative and motivating IC plans, and administer those plans accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.

Prior to consulting, Miles spent 15 years as a bench molecular biologist at USDA, DuPont and Roche, authoring 10+ scientific articles and listed as an inventor on 10+ patents. He holds a B.Sc. in Cell Biology, a Ph.D. in Bacterial Genetics and an MBA.

Outside of work, Miles can be found singing and playing guitar, climbing mountains and ultramarathoning and dadding to his 3 children.
