Kristen joined Trinity in 2020 as part of the Primary Market Research team. Kristen brings over 10 years of pharmaceutical market research experience – specializing in qualitative research. Kristen came to Trinity ready to leverage her interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mind, creativity and ability to perform well under pressure. Kristen has experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas including: immunology, gastroenterology, respiratory, oncology and rare disease. Specifically, her project work includes new product opportunity assessment, positioning, message testing, concept testing and patient journey for both established and pre-launch products. Kristen specializes and is passionate about moderation. She is well-versed in moderating exploratory, assessment and ideation-based research with patients, HCPs and administrative respondents. Using a variety of methodologies – ethnographies, TDIs, IDIs, focus groups and online communities. Kristen holds a BS in Journalism (concentration in Strategic Communication) and minors in Business and Psychology from The University of Kansas. ​
