Jonathan has pioneered embedding AI in operations at healthcare companies. He has shaped and scaled innovative approaches across customer engagement, leveraging RWE, acceleration of clinical trials and (Gen)AI powered intelligence and efficiency.

He has supported clients to define and execute numerous transformation programs resulting in accelerated growth. He has deep experience combining rapid value addressing business priorities with establishing scalable foundations across data, AI, tech, capabilities, processes and culture. He has worked with providers, payers and governments as well as life science companies in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East on data and AI strategy. He is leading Digital and AI solutions at Trinity.

Prior to joining Trinity, Jonathan was a partner in McKinsey’s life science practice. He was also a core leader in QuantumBlack’s growth from a team of 35 to 1,500 and in defining their approach to productizing analytics.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys running, travelling with his family and varied podcasts.
