Integrating Human and Artificial Intelligence: What I Told New to the Street About the Future of Commercialization

Scott Evangelista
Chief Executive Officer
When I sat down with Jane King on New to the Street, I had one message I wanted every viewer to walk away with. Trinity is the leader integrating human and artificial intelligence in commercialization. Life sciences leaders do not need more AI hype, more dashboards or more pilots. They need AI that does real work on real commercial decisions. Our job is to put AI to work on the choices that determine whether a therapy reaches the patients who need it.
Why I Wanted to Talk About Trinity on New to the Street
Jane opened with the question that matters most to our clients and to investors. What does Trinity actually do for life sciences companies and for patients? My answer was simple. We support commercialization from early strategy through launch and post launch decisions, and we do it by pairing decades of human expertise with purpose-built AI. Jane kept the conversation grounded in the real pressures our clients live with, including patent cliffs, pricing pressure, tech debt and the scramble to make AI useful. Those are exactly the problems we were built for, and they are the reason Trinity is the leader integrating human and artificial intelligence in commercialization.
How Trinity Helps Get New Treatments to Patients
I described Trinity as a tech enabled commercialization partner to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical product companies. We help clients shape product strategy, understand where their treatment fits in a physician’s choices, and solve value and access challenges across global markets. We spent real time on market access, because coverage decisions and shifting payer rules can delay or block patient access when they are not anticipated early. Our goal is the right product, to the right patient, at the right time, at a price that works for the patient and the health system. Getting that right takes human judgment and machine scale working together, which is why Trinity is the leader integrating human and artificial intelligence in commercialization.
What Our AI Readiness Benchmark Is Revealing
The challenge our clients raise most often is not whether to use AI. It is how to put AI to work. That is why we built the AI Readiness Benchmark, which shows life sciences organizations how prepared they really are and how they compare with their peers. The number of companies working with AI and large language models has climbed sharply, yet the feeling of being ahead or behind rarely matches the evidence. The gap is almost always foundational: legacy data warehouses and BI dashboards that were never organized into AI ready data layers, which drives hallucinations and weak decisions. Our EDGE platform is the tool that makes that data useful. Benchmark first, fix the foundation, then put the technology to work on decisions that matter. That sequence is what it means to be the leader integrating human and artificial intelligence in commercialization.
How InsightsEDGE™ | Digital Twins Help Brand and Field Teams
One of my favorite topics came next: InsightsEDGE™ | Digital Twins. Trinity uses a deep library of primary market research to train synthetic physician and payer personas that answer targeted questions on messages, objections and patient impact. Brand and field teams can pressure test an objection and refine a response in near real time instead of waiting weeks or months for new fieldwork. That is human insight, captured over decades, made instantly usable through AI. The research is the human contribution, the platform is what makes it useful in the moment a team needs it, and together they show why Trinity is the leader integrating human and artificial intelligence in commercialization.
Where This Goes Next
Looking toward 2030, Jane and I talked about AI driving far more granular segmentation, potentially down to small groups or even individual prescribers, which would sharpen targeting, cut waste and support continuous course correction rather than annual research cycles. That future does not belong to the companies with the most models. It belongs to the companies that pair deep commercialization expertise with technology that acts on it. Trinity is leading the way into that future as the leader integrating human and artificial intelligence in commercialization.
