Mike has 34 years experience in pharma, biotech, device and digital health, with a focus on research driving product, market, people and organizational development. Mike has worked the client, vendor and consulting sides of the business. Mike was an entrepreneur for 6 years, has a formulations patent and his work on Improving Diversity in Clinical Trials was published by Merck in AHA 11/2015.

Mike started his career with Novartis in Clinical Research and Medical Affairs designing Phase I-IV and RWE clinical trials, before moving onto Pharmacia, Schering-Plough and Teva where he was an intrapreneur of several global & local, Market Insights, Analytics, CI and Forecasting teams. Mike has experience with small, large and biosimilar molecules across all stages of the product life cycle. Mike is DiSC certified and holds an MA in Industrial Psychology from FDA-Madison. Mike consistently uses his training in the art and science of research and leadership when collecting fact-based information and when influencing stakeholders.

Outside of work, Mike loves cooking with his wife, enjoying family time with his 3 sons, their significant others and babysitting his granddaughter. Mike also loves exercising, losing himself in his vegetable garden and making wine and other delights.
