With almost 25 years of deep trade and pharmaceutical manufacturer experience, Melissa O’Neal delivers valuable insight from the life sciences supplier point of view. Melissa is Vice President, Commercial Operations at Trinity Life Sciences partnering with emerging life science organizations on their commercial data platforms, MDM solutions, and commercial analytics support. Prior to joining Trinity, Melissa led the US Commercial Analytics team at Galderma, a global leader in medical solutions for skin health, supporting the Prescription, Consumer, and Aesthestic business units, as well as the BI COE. Melissa also served in a number of areas at IntegriChain to service customers, from Customer Operations and Industry Solutions to Sales and Product Development. Prior to her tenure at IntegriChain, Melissa spent more than four years in leadership of Operations, Trade Services, and Analytics at Galderma. She began her career at UPS, where she spent 12 years in various Marketing and Data Services leadership roles. She earned a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Personal: I spend my free time cheering on my teenage son at sporting events, visiting or Facetiming with my daughter who is in college, working out with friends, and grilling.
