Chris has more than fifteen years of Global Medical Affairs experience in a variety of leadership/functional roles including building Medical Affairs teams and capabilities for emerging companies and supporting Global and U.S. product launches. He leads the TGaS Medical Affairs Solution that provides benchmarking support and advisory services for Medical Affairs teams. The combination of benchmark data and Chris’s Medical Affairs experience enables his clients to make evidence-based operational decisions. The insights generated from this work informs optimization of resources, operations/processes, and capabilities to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies.

Chris has had Medical Affairs Global and U.S. management roles in both small and large organizations . Before coming to TGaS, he was the head of Medical Affairs at Lipocine, where he built the Medical Affairs function for an emerging company commercializing its first product. He previously led Medical Affairs activities for Orexo in support of their first commercial launch. He spent the first eight years of his career at Shire where he held a variety of Global Medical Affairs roles supporting multiple therapeutic areas. Chris received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and his MBA from Villanova University.
