Trinity is seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join and play a key role in its strategic pricing, access, reimbursement and contracting (SPARC) team. Pricing and market access are critical considerations for our clients both in the US and ex-US, and we are looking for a seasoned individual to work closely with the head of the pricing and market access team to help grow our services and support that growth within Trinity. As an experienced SPARC hire, this individual with help develop and deepen Trinity’s SPARC capabilities to keep pace with the growing industry and our clients’ needs. This individual will work with cross-functional teams across BD, commercial strategy, HEOR, real world evidence generation, etc. Strong organizational and social skills and appetite to develop a PMA practice in a fast growing life sciences firm are a must.


Position Responsibilities


  • Support teams and gain their trust as a reliable and informed “pricing and market access expert” on projects
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and turn into actionable solutions / insights for clients
  • Manage time and client deliverables effectively with regular communication to leadership/management team
  • Coordinate and oversee project delivery
  • Participate in recruiting efforts, together with providing training and mentoring support to new PMA staff
  • Serve as primary point of client contact for ongoing activities
  • Create and manage client proposals and presentations
  • Fulfill other related roles as assigned from time to time


Position Requirements

Education: Advanced degree

Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in life science consulting or industry, ideally with both US and ex-US pricing and market access responsibilities


Other Skills:

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills required

• Above average proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Established ability to supervise and train staff on pricing and market access engagements

• Solid knowledge of HTA, market access, pricing, and contracting considerations (ideally in the US and EU-5)

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills

• Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment
