- Design & Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of dynamic motion graphics, ensuring impeccable quality in UI, illustrations and animations
- Leadership: As the Media Lead, you’ll not only oversee design endeavours from inception to fruition but also hone the skills of your team – guiding, mentoring and organizing training sessions

Work Experience: 6+ years’ experience in design, motion graphics, video editing and animation, ideally with a Consulting or Marketing background.
Other Important Skills:
- A compelling portfolio that showcases your design capabilities, demonstrating skill with motion design and animation. Demonstrated print design and illustration experience are a huge plus.
- A profound creative instinct, not limited to just execution and editing, but brimming with original concepts and solutions
- Mastery in After Effects and Premiere Pro, complemented by proficiency in Figma and the broader Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools
- An ear attuned to music, sound effects and impeccable timing
- Expertise across diverse channels – be it Web, Social or Campaigns, and the skill to craft video content that thrives on every platform
- Self-motivated with a penchant for meticulous detail management and adherence to tight deadlines
- Openness to receiving and acting upon creative feedback from diverse quarters
- Stellar communication skills, with an ability to lucidly convey ideas
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline
