Trinity Life Sciences has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Panel Operations with experience in Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Market Research. This candidate should be a bright, energetic, proactive, and highly motivated individual who can make a significant impact. This would be an ideal role for someone who has experience with panelist recruitment, project management, both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, managing teams, and working with vendors/internal teams to appropriately manage project expectations.
Essential Functions
- Initiates, organizes, and assigns fielding of qualitative and quantitative market research projects
- Develops and implements strategy for recruiting physicians, nurses, NP&PA’s, payers, administrative staff, and KOLs and to join our internal research panel.
- Develops and implements retention and growth strategies for our internal research panel
- Tracks and aligns with project plans, budget, and timeline
- Works with our finance and invoicing teams to open PO’s and track project expenses
- Works with internal project teams to manage all aspects of project execution
- Communicates daily with team members and provides ongoing communication to internal stakeholders
- Ensures projects are executed flawlessly
- Helps identify, develop, and train new Panel Operations team members
- Act as a liaison between external vendors, Recruiters, and Trinity senior staff
- Develops a working relationship with external vendors to ensure smooth project execution (when use of external vendors is necessary)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences market research
- Exposure to ex-US market research is highly desirable
- Self-starter, works well independently as well as with a team
- Prior experience managing direct reports
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 – $100,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
