Presentation Strategy and Creation:
- Creating slides from hand-drawn sketches or images, and fixing titles, positions, color consistencies, font type consistencies, alignments, and distributions across the deck to ensure a consistent and professional look.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to presentations that aligns with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their presentation needs and transform concepts into visually compelling decks.
- Design and create high-quality, professional presentations using PowerPoint, Prezi, and other relevant software tools.
- Ensure consistency in Trinity’s branding, style, and messaging across all presentations.
Graphic Design Expertise:
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to enhance visual elements in presentations.
- Create custom graphics, icons, and visual assets to elevate the quality and impact of presentations.
- Lead and mentor a team of Associates & Specialists of content creators, providing guidance& mentorship on design principles, best practices, and innovative presentation techniques.
- Manage workload distribution, deadlines, and quality assurance to ensure timely and exceptional deliverables.
Subject Matter Expert and Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all the business presentation-related inquiries, offering guidance, and solutions to meet various departmental needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to understand specific requirements and deliver presentations that address their objectives.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the global marketing team to align presentation strategies with overarching marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral by providing visual design expertise, ensuring consistency with Trinity’s brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance presentation quality and effectiveness.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to measure the impact of presentations and drive improvements.
- 8-10 years of presentation design experience with any bachelor’s degree, demonstrating a track record of success in creating visually stunning and informative presentations.
- Strong Leadership and team management experience with the innate ability to motivate and guide.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Deep proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including the ability to use advanced features and techniques to create visually engaging presentations.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
