Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. This position is based in Waltham, MA,

Essential Functions

  • Plan, organize and execute conferences and events from pre-event through post-event evaluation
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, executive programs and leadership teams, to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Manage alumni events and communications
  • Set up and manage event technology including, but not limited to, registration and lead capture systems
  • Track event budgets and correspond with finance team on invoicing and reporting
  • Oversee event equipment inventory and shipments for events and other needs
  • Support management of master event calendar
  • Craft engaging event-focused social media content. Includes capture of photography and video onsite.
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Need to have transportation

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, events, business or related field

Work Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range

. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$65,000.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
