We’re looking for a talented, committed, and energetic individual to join our Analytics team as a Client Engagement Consultant to support our growing Real-World Evidence function. The Consultant is an integral member of project teams where he/she will work side-by-side with other consultants, data scientists, and statisticians. Consultants will have exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from small biotech’s to large pharma. Further, Consultants in RWE will gain exposure to many of the leading patient-level data sources in the industry as well as innovated technology and AI tools.
In this position, the Consultant is expected to multi-task across multiple projects and project types concurrently while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy. Consultants develop their skills through extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Position Responsibilities
- Understand our client’s business needs and creatively think through methodological solutions to answer key business questions by leveraging secondary RWE data
- Work closely with other consultants, data scientists, and statisticians to develop and interpret business rules for study analysis
- Conduct secondary research using publicly available sources and healthcare databases (i.e. EvaluatePharma, RedBook, Cortellis, etc.) to aid in quality checking and to ensure RWE outputs are contextually reasonable given the clinical and market context
- Interpret, analyze, and synthesize research, and present findings to project teams and clients
- Create presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables
- Develop and refine presentation skills for both internal and external presentations
- Mentor junior staff on project work
- Gain methodological expertise by aiding in proposal development, as needed
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics or life sciences disciplines at a top tier university.
Work experience: 2+ years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000-$105,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
