We are seeking talented, committed, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Primary Market Research (PMR) – Qualitative Practice Area as a Consultant. With a primary focus on qualitative research, the individual will interact closely with other practice areas to develop robust strategic solutions for clients & project teams.

Consultants deliver high-quality solutions and strategic thought-partnership to our clients. They should possess unstructured problem-solving skills as well as strong analytical, communication & synthesis skills. They are critical thinkers and the backbone of the recommendations shared with our clients. On any project, a consultant will be responsible to understand the client’s business questions, design the approach, execute analysis, and facilitating delivery. While Qualitative Research Consultants primarily work on qualitative projects, they are adept in quantitative tools and technologies and can modulate their analysis approach based on the needs.

They are also responsible for coaching and mentoring the junior team members, are responsible for their growth, and should demonstrate leadership skills

Position Responsibilities

  • Understand and address client’s key business questions by leveraging problem-solving skills and frameworks
  • Structure & conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and recommendations to inform client decision making
  • Design and execute custom analyses and response grids using tools like Excel, Access, and Trinity’s Proprietary software
  • Synthesize & communicate results to clients & internal teams through oral and written presentations
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and uses best practices for quality control to ensure error-free work
  • Collaborate with client and Trinity’s global/local teams to implement solutions
  • Is accountable for all project deliverables and serves as a key point of contact for junior and global team members
  • Drives innovation and proactively participates in firm building activities
  • Receptive to coaching – seeks feedback, actively builds on feedback, and offers thoughtful feedback to others
  • Exerts intellectual curiosity to learn relevant market or functional information and contributes independently to team meetings

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (including but not limited to business, economics, applied mathematics, physical or life sciences, engineering, marketing, psychology, statistics, or relevant fields) from a top tier university; Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field and strong academic performance in coursework
  • 3+ years of relevant post-collegiate job experience – Healthcare industry is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desire to learn, proactiveness & high motivation
  • Good work ethic & investment in the success of the project, the team, and the company
