We are seeking talented, committed, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Primary Market Research (PMR) – Qualitative Practice Area as an Associate Consultant. With a primary focus on qualitative research, the individual will interact closely with other practice areas to develop robust strategic solutions for clients & project teams.

On each project, the individual will be responsible for developing research materials, interview note-taking, create and interpret analyses, and present findings to project teams and client teams. PMR Qual Associate Consultants are required to leverage their analytic, synthesis & communication skills to derive recommendations for clients’ business problems which will be further shaped with the leadership team. They are also responsible for coaching and mentoring the Associates and should demonstrate leadership skills

Position Responsibilities

  • Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to address client business questions
  • Structure & conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and recommendations to inform client decision making
  • Design and execute custom analyses and response grids using tools like Excel, Access, and Trinity’s Proprietary software
  • Synthesize & communicate results to clients & internal teams through oral and written presentations
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and uses best practices for quality control to ensure error-free work
  • Collaborate with client and Trinity’s global/local teams to implement solutions
  • Is accountable for all project deliverables and serves as a key point of contact for junior and global team members
  • Drives innovation and proactively participates in firm building activities
  • Receptive to coaching – seeks feedback, actively builds on feedback, and offers thoughtful feedback to others
  • Exerts intellectual curiosity to learn relevant market or functional information and contributes independently to team meetings

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (including but not limited to business, economics, applied mathematics, physical or life sciences, engineering, marketing, psychology, statistics, or relevant fields) from a top tier university; Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field and strong academic performance in coursework
  • 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience – Healthcare industry is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desire to learn, proactiveness & high motivation
  • Good work ethic & investment in the success of the project, the team, and the company
