The analyst will be an integral member of the team responsible for interpreting client needs and creating impactful deliverables to propel the business’. The position will be responsible for working with client provided and internal data to create high quality, insightful reports. The Analyst position at TGaS will be responsible for working with benchmark and survey information from clients and producing high-quality deliverables with the information. The candidate must have a proven track record of analytical insights generation, as well as experience with using analytical tools and techniques on structured databases.

The role requires a critical thinker, who is self-motivated, multi-tasking oriented, and driven individual to develop and execute projects for clients in the life sciences industry. The candidate will also be experienced in using analytical tools to organize and present information in a format that makes the information easy to understand while highlighting trends and key findings.

The Analyst should have experience or interest in working with Omnichannel Marketing data. An ideal candidate will have familiarity with omnichannel marketing practices and associated data such as: website, paid search, SEO, social media, email, & CRM, etc. Additional, knowledge & understanding of organizational chart design is a positive.

The Analyst will apply combined technical and business knowledge to provide innovation to various TGaS Solutions and areas of expertise to help grow the business. This innovation can be product enhancements, efficiency improvements, process improvements, or new ways of displaying data.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Quality and Efficient Output Production:
  • Use Excel and PowerPoint to create customized and insightful deliverables for clients based on input from practice teams
  • Utilize benchmark/survey information, along with experience and understanding of the business to identify meaningful trends, provide insights, and create recommendations for client engagements
  • Review and analyze client organizational charts to standardize and compare responsibilities and roles across an organization, prioritizing consistency in standardization between different organizations
  • Utilize and improve custom automation tools to generate analysis
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of available data and demonstrate research skills while applying findings to client requests
  • Participate in the design of customized surveys to answer client questions (Virtual Hows). Use web-based survey tools to implement the survey.
  • Ownership of Work:
  • Self-motivated to complete projects accurately and consistent with project timelines.
  • Utilizes available training modules and documentation to develop one’s own skills. Leverages the Trinity network of peers and managers to utilize the value of their experience and expertise for one’s own project work. Assists with tasks beyond assigned work, executing those deliverables successfully to improve overall project team abilities.
  • Utilization of Critical Thinking & Innovation:
  • Participate in ongoing product development.
  • Identify ways to utilize analytics and technology to improve benchmark product offerings.

  • Provides a spirit of partnership of operational support to solution(s).
  • Shares perspective and communicates in meetings with stakeholders, asking questions and clarifying details when needed. Takes feedback and delivers results.

Skills and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail with the ability to produce quality outputs and review own work for errors
  • Strong business writing and communication and presentation skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in analytical positions
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

  • Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience
  • Tableau experience
  • Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience
  • Omnichannel Marketing experience
  • Utilizing and developing Standard Operating Procedure documentation
  • Understanding of life sciences and/or pharmaceutical industry consulting
  • Qualtrics experience or similar web-based survey tool
  • Understanding of market research survey and question design concepts.
